She is from the Mass Effect universe and has somehow ended up in the Fallout universe. She was featured in wasteland defense parts 23 to 24. She didn't really do anything but run and hide as the mod author hadn't set her combat controls. She later died and so Cody took her clothes so Cass could take them then he found out Miranda doesn't wear a bra or panties which came in mixed reviews from Cody and his Companions.
